It’s crucial to measure the width accurately, no guessing allowed. If you’re planning on a 12-foot building but your gate is only 10 feet wide, you have two options: opt for a smaller building or remove the fence in advance. Ensure you measure from the house eaves to the gate hinge for precise results.

While gravel and concrete pads are ideal, grass works just as well. Be sure to mow the area where you want your building. Tall weeds and briars make it difficult to set the blocks evenly when vanish into the undergrowth!

We adore your furry friends… but if your dog poses a threat, please make sure they’re secured. If the building will be placed in an area where your pet does its business, we’d really appreciate it if you could clean up the area before we arrive! We don’t want them to get hurt so place them in an area where they are safe.

Our delivery drivers rely on exact Google Map pins for your location. Open Google Maps, switch to satellite view, and long press precisely where you want the pin. Swipe left at the bottom, click share, select ‘messages,’ and send it to our salesman or driver. Navigating to a pin is far easier than searching for a mailbox!

Your building will delivered on a truck and trailer, and its peak will be higher than you might expect. Ensure any overhanging tree limbs are trimmed before we arrive to avoid any interference.Properly clearing the area ensures a smooth delivery, allowing us to set up your building exactly where you want it.

We apologize, but please understand that we will need to reschedule your delivery to the earliest possible date. Delivering under unfavorable conditions could create unwanted ruts in your yard, and a tow truck would only add to the damage. Rest assured, the sun will shine again.
